Job Overview:
- To coordinate helpdesk game support; assist customers on enquiries related to our game products and commitment towards customer service relation.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day processing of ticketing issues related to Game Violation Matters/Account Recovery Service/Billing Matters etc
- Assisting on online & offline matters related to our game products
- Troubleshooting of basic technical enquiry with our customers
- Regular forum interaction with the community, working with the moderators to resolve gaming issues
- Maintaining game/forum rules and regulation via decisive enforcement according to guidelines
- Assisting in QA testing of games or Ad-Hoc testing of game product as and when required
- Actively managing Face-book fan pages (Posting notices, announcement and events)
- Monthly Report Preparation on ticketing, game product’s statistics and customer service feedback/suggestion and achieving customer service support K.P.I monthly
- Frequently perform game assessment and look out for potential 3rd party programs which affects gamers experience
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ levels with 5 credits / GCE 'A' levels / Diploma holders with 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Fresh Diploma are welcome
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and good team player
- Committed and self-motivated
- Customer oriented
- Willing to learn and multi-task
- Bilingual in written and spoken English, Chinese & Melayu
