Responsibilities:
Job Overview:
- To ensure work get carried out according to plan, planning/executing of online and offline events and tournaments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with marketing team to attract new users, increase concurrency and promote gamer loyalty
- Executing online/offline community management strategies
- Ensuring timely game site updates and maintenance and coordinating with publishers and developers on patches and updates
- Analyzing feedback from Customer Service and Game Masters for management, publishers and developers
- Analyzing feedback on community activities/trends/events for management, publishers and developers
- Conducting periodical review of the latest trends, competitors, and market news in the industry
- Coordinating and documenting weekly product management meetings
- Extracting the item mall sales and, create graphs and analysis for weekly/monthly review for the product team
- Planning/ Execution of Online/Offline Events
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Gaming Industry
- Must have keen interest in games
- Excellent analytical skills with keen interest in number crunching
- Keen sense of customer trend and user patterns
- Good with graphs, charts and presentations
- Understanding of basic network / firewall terminology.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality
- Committed, self-motivated and a team player
- Customer oriented
- Willing to learn and multi-task
