Leveling up to "Tifa"

I started gaming with some RPGs at age 16. It was my then-boyfriend who asked me to play with him and I agreed. I didn’t say yes just to please him. I just had nothing else to do for the holidays! As for pleasing someone, I’m reserving that for my current boyfriend. Shhhh…

My first few RPGs were SilkRoad Online, Ghost Online, Ether Saga, Celestial Destroyer and Luna Online. I don't have an all-time favorite but I do get all enthusiastic about leveling once I am hooked on to a game. I also play FPSes such as Left 4 Dead, Blackshot, and Half Life. Have you tried Metal Slug? It was one of my childhood sure-play PS2 games with my cousin! (But with "infinite life" on, because I die easily)

I’ve always dreamed of being Tifa (from Final Fantasy 7)! SHE IS GORGEOUS! Enough said.

Dragonica’s graphics level up with me

I play ORACLE! I’m often playing support healer because there are less buttons – perfect for people who can’t control too many buttons like me.

I didn't like the graphics in the beginning because they look too kiddy. No offense! I managed to continue my first character in Nica till level 3x and later on trained another one (xMemoriez) with my boyfriend. I love, love the graphics after hitting level 20 and beyond.

I would chat most of the time when leveling up. Even if I train for experience, I would party my boyfriend's character and not solo. I like the many combinations in outfit and equipment I can wear, not to forget fussing over those stats on them.

I’m a crazy waterfall

I’m a crazy person with people willing get “high” with me, and as long as one doesn’t find me irritating I can be very friendly. I’m quite emotional. I cry easily and I hate it. I cry whenever this chemical in me acts up and wishes for an outlet!

It’s really hard to control my emotions, and it wasn't like this till my first heartbreak caused by my then-boyfriend. I cry when I don’t start off a day well, get shunned by those I love, or get unexpected nasty experiences. I’d get carried away with depressing thoughts, and then the "waterfall" starts…

Children turn me on

If I could, I want to be a super-hot babe with the body and looks to make guys drool. I guess that would mean plastic surgery?! Gee. How about becoming a good childhood educator and a good mom?

Achieving my dream of being an early childhood educator would be something more realistic. My mom was a babysitter when I was in primary school. I helped take care of those kids under her care and eventually found the joy and interest in working with them.

Grinding and stuff

If I could have a walking ATM, I don't mind shopping all day long! But I don't have what most women possess – supernatural leg power. I used to stay out late with friends just to chat and walk aimlessly along Orchard Road like a crazy troupe of mental patients. Now everyone is just obsessed with exams.

I don’t club. I don’t dance well and dare not try it out. However, I do like seeing how such girls flaunt their sexy moves with the “wolves” surrounding them; but definitely not me, up there grinding and stuff.

I have felt like baking many times, but always failed. You’d have the runs after eating my work!

Let me share a ‘lil hair habit with female readers – egg yolk provides great proteins for hair. I have tried using them on my hair like some lotion. Now I'm starting to use mayonnaise instead because they are also made from egg yolk, and it is recommended by this online video amateur who does vids on hair.

I’m willing to go on boring dates

There was this time I went fishing and cycling at East Coast Park with my current boyfriend (we were not together then) and his mum. He actually knelt down and asked me to be his girlfriend! That really caught me off guard! It was my most memorable date ever.

I haven’t had any disastrous dates yet, but I did have MANY boring ones with my current boyfriend (he is going to strangle me upon reading this)! He doesn't really like going out, unlike other guys I have dated. I don't really go for movies like what normal couples do, which in turn, makes our date "willingly" boring.

Not-too-fit boyfriends, please

I love this topic. I do like looking at hunky, sporty guys with mesmerizing tans and fit but not-TOO-fit bodies. I wouldn't really consider being with one as I am not a sporty person myself! I get sunburnt easily and will become a red-hot lobster within 10 minutes. Ouch! Nevertheless, sporty guys with good looks are, like, hot grabs or FIRE-SALE items. Girls would just flock around them and that wouldn't make me feel secure hanging out with one.

In-game relationships are like real ones!!

I always pair up with my boyfriend in MMOs. Getting too friendly with other male gamers in-game doesn’t bother me. Anything mentioned in-game shall stay in that virtual world!

I thought I would be okay with in-game marriages and relationships, until I notice that they do call each other intimate terms like darling, dear, dar… etc. If my real boyfriend is coupled up with someone else, I can accept the truth if he tells me honestly about the coupling! But if I've said I don't like her calling him darling, dear, dar… I expect my boyfriend to stop her from doing so.

If my boyfriend is guilty and found hiding something, recall the story of the shepherd who cried wolf – the damage has been done! If you truly love someone, don't bother to lie because the truth has the power to make her/him feel secure in having you.
