Game Master
Network Engineer (NE1 & NE2)

Game Master

You will service players in the game, dealing with complaints, violations and technical problems. As well as managing the online community, the Game Master will also be responsible for assisting with online and offline events. You should have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills. Position is full time and located in Singapore. You must be able to work a rotating shift that includes weekends. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • 'O' Levels, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written English, typing, spelling and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and task management skills
  • A passion for gaming
  • Knowledge of game community management
  • Professional working experience in an online game environment a plus

Network Engineer (NE1 & NE2)

You will be supporting the Infrastructure Manager in the implementation of new infrastructure projects. While handling daily network maintenance and routine backups of configurations and data. Must provide support to all departments 24x7.

NE1 Requirements:

  • Experienced in Network and Helpdesk Support
  • Must have knowledge & experience in supporting Microsoft Office applications, MS Outlook/Outlook Express, Windows NT/98/2000/XP, Internet Explorer, Firefox, standard PCs and printers
  • Network and office infrastructure troubleshooting skills are a must
  • Min 2 years working experience in end user support
  • Resourceful and has the ability to work independently
  • Have good communications skills

NE2 Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
  • Min 2 years Internet working experience
  • Knowledge in Internet Fundamentals and Routing Protocols like RIPv2, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP. Firewall experience is beneficial
  • Hands on experience in Cisco/Foundry Products
  • Ability to independently analyse and solve complex technical problems
  • Competent in LAN/WAN Technologies like MPLS, VLAN, ISDN, ATM and Frame-Relay
  • End User support on LAN/WAN management
  • Must have knowledge; experience in supporting Microsoft Office applications, MS Outlook/Outlook Express, Windows NT/98/2000/XP, Internet Explorer, Firefox, standard PCs and printers
  • Network and office infrastructure troubleshooting skills are a must
  • The following certification is an added advantage: MCSE, CCNA, FNCNE
