Come 31 October, the forces of hell will be repelled by the Alliance. Join the heroes as the Hellgate: London box set is officially launched for sale at Funan Digitalife Mall on Halloween.

The hotly-anticipated game by the creators of the mammoth Diablo series boasts a unique hybrid of first-person shooter as well as RPG elements to give the gamer a whole new refreshing experience. This is the second game released by Infocomm Asia Holdings following the highly successful Granado Espada launched earlier this year.

From 3pm, Singaporeans will be able to get a taste of battling demons in London by purchasing box sets which will come bundled with exclusive premiums like an embroidered “Hellgate Alliance” patch. The first 500 in queue will also get limited Hellgate: London goodie bags.

SingTel customers who flash their mobile operator logos or latest bill will be allowed into a priority queue, and the first 500 SingTel and SingNet customers will receive a free exclusive Templar figurine with every purchase of the Hellgate: London Collectors’ Edition Box Set. SingTel mobile pins offer SingTel mobile customers the convenience of topping up Granado Espada and Hellgate London credits without the need to purchase prepaid cards.

Exciting activities have been planned for the launch at both the atrium at Funan Digitalife Mall as well as the IAHGames iCafe at the basement of the same building. They include Q&A contests, Hellgate: London tournaments and photo opportunities with game mascots.

To up the ante even further, co-founders of game developers Flagship Studios Erich & Max Schaefer will grace the event and sign copies of the box sets for the first 100 lucky buyers. The Schaefer brothers are celebrities in the gaming world, having held senior positions in Blizzard North and Blizzard Entertainment prior to founding Flagship Studios.
